General Policy:

1. Negotiated final charges with shiv cabs are exclusive of service taxes
2. The start and end point of the Car rental office will be considered for calculating the rental amount is as follows

  • Starting Point and Time: from shiv cabs office, As soon it leaves to reach the customer pickup location, this is considered to be the start time and location
  • Finish Point and Time: After getting the Client back to his dropping point, as sson the driver reaches back the shiv cabs office, this is considered the finishing point and time.
  • Road Toll charges, Parking Charges and State Permit will be charged extra at actuals.

3. Advance amount of Rs 1000/- has to be deposited at the time of booking the trip. The booking confirmation will be given on the registered mobile number or e-mail ID provided at the time of registration by the Client
4. Rents are calculations will be from the trip start time.

  • For one-day trips, After 24 hours from the trip start time, 25% will be charged extra on the price for each extra kilometer than permitted limit.
  • Night charges are applicable if the journey extends after night 12:00 midnight, extra day will be counted for calculation, irrespective of the Start time.

5. The package contains only travelling cost of the vehicle. All other, toll charges, parking charges, your food, accommodation, sightseeing, entrance charges and guide servicesetc. are not considered.
6. Actual Distance travelled will be taken for final rate calculation.
7. Vehiclesare subjected to availability. However if the chosen and booked vehicle is not available at the time of journey, equivalent vehicle will be arranged in the similar segment.
8. Smoking, Consumption of alcoholic drinks and other narcotic substances in the Vehicle is strictly prohibited as per government norms and rules.
9. shiv cabscannot be allegedanswerable or accountable for any loss due to any delay, consequential loss caused due to traffic jams, or reasons beyond or control.
10. shiv cabs cannot be alleged accountable or responsible for any damage or delay suffered by the customer due to force majeure events.
11. During the trip, if the vehicle gets Damaged/ Dirty due to the Guest, either intentionally or accidentally, entire Repair / Cleaning cost should be borne by the Guest.
12. Discounts shown are only for indicative purpose, actual amount of discounts and savings offered depends on actual travel & facts.

Payment Policy:

13. The clients can opt anyone from various choices for Payment during booking i.e. thru Cash, Demand Draft, Cheque and Online transfer-thru Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking.
14. Payment can be done in personal or thru online transfer& on self-behalf or for sponsoring others.

Cancellation Policy:

15. In case of cancellation of your tour is done by us, actual amountpaid willbe refundedto the client.
16. Cancellation can be done 36 hour before journey, without any charges for all services. In case cancellation or changes in the trip is done within 36 hours of the pick-up time, then following rules will apply:
17. Multi-Day Journey: The first day charges would be deducted from the total amount and refund will be issued to the client.
18. Same Day Journey: No Refund will be provided.
19. Airport Pickup or/and Drop: No Charges applicable if Cancellation done at least 6 hours prior of pickup time.

Refund Policy:

20. In case of cancellation of your tour by us, you will get the refund of actual amount paid by you.
21. If you cancel the tour, the cancellation charges will be applicable as per the above mentioned cancellation policy of shiv cabs
22. If eligible for refunds based on the “Cancellation & Refund Policy” as mentioned above, then the refund will be given back to you in 5-7 working days.
